Who are Hutchings Direct?
Hutchings Direct is the online trading division of John Hutchings Services Ltd. Established in 1985, John Hutchings Services is a family run business with a wealth of experience and over 27 years of trading in the supply of cleaning equipment and supplies. As part of our dealership portfolio, John Hutchings Services Ltd have been appointed as a Karcher Center (Karcher Center JHS) by Karcher, a Draper main stockist, an SiP Industrial main dealer, a Winntec Main Dealer, a Numatic International Main Dealer, a Prochem Europe Main Dealer and stockists of Cleenol, Ramon Hygiene, Polyco Healthline, Beeswift and many more highly regarded industry suppliers.
Our experience has ensured that we have fast become one of the leading suppliers of cleaning products in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
Based in the UK’s most easterly town Lowestoft in Suffolk, John Hutchings Services Ltd was founded in 1985 by John Hutchings who gave his name to the company. Initially the company specialised in supplying, servicing and maintaining pressure washers to the commercial sector but quickly expanded to include other cleaning machines and equipment.
Our primary goal is to ensure that our customers always receive the best advice, the best products and the best price at all times. We value our customers and see every customer as important to the way we do business. We treat every customer individually and we always strive to work as part of a close-knit team, in-tune to our customers needs and requirements.

Whilst our products may not always be the cheapest available, what we do offer are QUALITY products at competitive prices. There’s no point in saving money if the product doesn’t perform as it should do.

We believe that to provide the very best service available we have to work as a team, learn about you as a customer and provide appropriate advice and products at all time.

We have no doubt that very occasionally our advice isn't correct, the product we recommend isn't the most effective or simply your staff don’t get on with a product we have supplied. We like to hear about our customers experiences and receive their feedback.
We understand that sometimes our customers are just ordering a product as a result of searching the web and ordering on the spur of the moment, however a high majority of our customers keep coming back as a result of the high quality of our products, the advice they receive and the quality of the customer service we provide.
