You can cancel your order without giving any reason as long as we have not despatched the order and notified you of the despatch from our warehouse which is classed as the day of the conclusion of the contract of sale. You may submit your cancellation request by using the form below and our customer services team will notify you if this has been successfully undertaken for you. To meet the cancellation deadline, your order status on our website must not be at despatched or completed and you have not received email notification that your goods have been despatched.
If the cancellation period has expired, you will need to return the item(s) using our Returns & Refunds page instead once your order has been delivered.

We will refund all payments received from you for the goods purchased and the delivery charges you selected, providing your order has not already been despatched. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction for your refund. This will be refunded as soon as possible according to your payment providers guidelines.
Please Note: If your order has already been despatched and is already in the delivery network, unfortunately, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You may also be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling or general condition of the item(s) or where the item(s) have been found to have been used, tried or evaluated or where they are received by us in an incomplete way i.e. missing components or accessories that would have originally been supplied within the item(s). This will be deducted from your refund.
